#3 Activity: Eat Healthier and Save Money

Here's the #3 unemployment activity.

Take a look at what you are eating.  For most people, you can eat healthier and save at the same time.
If you are not into vegetable, you should give it a try.  Try buying vegetable on sales to start off - farmer markets usually offer better price.  Summer time is usually a great time to try out farmer market.

Here's  the steps you can take:

1) give salad a try.  Find a dressing that you like - perhaps a light dressing will do.

2) cucumber can be a light side to your main dish

3)  try grilling vegetable and fruits - grilling fruits will caramelize the sugar and make them super
sweet - you can use peaches, pineapple works extremely well

4) use lettuce as a wrap - wrap it around grilled chicken makes for  a perfect finger food.

Take one step at a one time - time is what you have a lot right now!

#2 Activity: Clean out your Storage or Garage

Well, now is a great time to clean out your storage or garage. There is no use to keep useless junks. Recycle, trash, donate, or even sell useless junks.  It might be a treasure to someone else.

Old magazines are newspapers are probably of no use to anyone. So recycle those.

As for old electronics, most stuffs people don't want.  Look for a collection schedule from the waste company or city. Some do take electronics for free during certain time of the year.

If you have enough sellable stuffs - why not get a ready for a garage sales!

Check out Activity #1:
#1 Activity: Make Amend with an Ex-girlfriend

#1 Activity - Make Amend for Slighting an Ex-girlfriend

So now that you have a lot of time.  Go through your memory, probably good to start with an ex-girlfriend.

First, think about how you might have slighted her.

Now go find her contact information - BTW, if she does not want to be found then don't.

Otherwise, contact her and offer a sincere apology and an explaination of the slight.

If you are not interested in getting back together, be forthright about it.

Congratuation for a well done job once this is done.
